Lauren Ehrenberg HartmannOffice Manager
Lauren is a driven multi-tasker who earned her BS in Animal Science at the University of Delaware. She joined our staff in June 2003 and keeps our hospital’s 'moving parts' in sync by coordinating technician’s schedules and managing a multitude of inventory items such as medications, medical supplies and prescription foods.

Alexandria RaoAssistant Manager
Alex is a hands-on administrator who joined our staff in February 2015. The intricate environment of Three Village Animal Hospital’s A/R, A/P, and payroll functions requires Alex’s in-depth knowledge and detail-oriented skills, and it is in her capacity as Assistant Manager that the continual smooth operation of our hospital is assured.

Michelle Ausili, LVTLicensed Veterinary Technician
Michelle is a compassionate animal caregiver who joined our staff in July 2015. In 2010, after earning her BS in Criminal Justice (with a double-minor in Psychology and Political Science) from Sacred Heart University, she changed her career direction and enrolled in Suffolk County Community College's Veterinary Technician Program. Since becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician in 2016, she's gained extensive experience in emergency care and small/large animal nursing.

Jessica DarakisTechnician
Jessica has a flair for communicating with animals and joined our staff in September 2005. In addition to her many responsibilities at Three Village Veterinary Hospital, she has acquired two decades of experience working with animals at North Shore Animal League and currently works in their Pet Behavior Department. Jessica also has expertise in all things 'Web', and it is in her capacity as Social Media Manager and Webmaster that she keeps our wonderful clients informed of all the happenings at Three Village Veterinary Hospital.

Moeh HayakawaVeterinary Assistant
Moeh is a future veterinarian who joined our staff in August 2021. She is currently on the pre-Veterinary track as an undergraduate student at Stony Brook University, majoring in Biology and Psychology, and minoring in Health, Medicine, and Society. Moeh strives to give back to her Long Island Community and has volunteered at North Shore Animal League America and Volunteers for Wildlife.

Stephanie NucciReceptionist/Veterinary Assistant
Stephanie desired a change after an established career in the healthcare field and joined our staff in September 2021. Her love of caring for others, combined with her love of animals, presented the perfect future career path as a Veterinary Technician. Stephanie recently graduated from Animal Behavior College as a Veterinary Assistant and is excited about her new career at Three Village Veterinary Hospital.
